October is the time when we delight in ghost stories, shiver in haunted houses and cemeteries, but what about the real life mysteries that haunt us? Unsolved crimes, premonitions, uncanny coincidences, dreams, visitations from loved ones.

Join us in our new location as we team up with Writers & Books!

Doors open at 6:30 for beverages and good conversation. Stories begin at 7:00.

David Ruekberg lives near Rochester, NY, with his wife, storyteller and healer, Leah Ruekberg. He teaches English in the International Baccalaureate program at Hilton High School. He is also a poet, squeezing out a few drops into his notebook as he manages to find the time. Publications include 88, Mudfish, Poet Lore, North American Review, Yankee, and others. He received his MFA from Warren Wilson College, and was awarded a residency at Jentel Arts in Sheriden, Wyoming.
